What are personal injury types? What should we do to protect ourselves from personal injury? Personal injury causes and prevention methods.
Traffic accidents are injured
As a driver (rear-end impact) or as a cyclist, scooter, scooter or pedestrian, you can also get involved in a traffic accident. If you have no fault of your own in this accident then you can hold the other party (the insurer) liable. You may even be entitled to compensation for damages even if they are relatively light or temporarily damaged. We can help you to compensate for any damage that may result from accident.
Injuries in workplace accidents
An employer must secure its employees against all possible risks as much as possible. If your employer does not take such measures and you are injured in your work, then you have the right to receive compensation. This situation is regulated by the law. In such a case, we can protect your interests.
Injury caused by others
Almost always when someone is exposed to an injury, there is a fault of others, or you have done something yourself. Sometimes it may not be possible to explicitly claim compensation. But there may still be a possibility of compensation, for example – an accident caused by someone else – like slipping on a slippery floor or leaving your finger between a closed door.
Injury from public transport
With the sudden braking of a bus driver or engineer, perhaps no traffic accidents may occur, but you can still get hurt. In addition, there may be an injury due to behavior during landing and boarding, or during driving of the chauffeur. In this case, we may investigate whether you have the right to receive a compensation. The carrier must ensure that you can travel safely.
Injury that could be caused by a product
A damaged product can hurt you or make you sick. At the same time, misuse manuals or products that are not suitable for normal use may also cause damage. In such a case, we may be able to assist you in keeping the counterpart responsible for compensating the damage under the Product Liability Act.
Injuries that may occur when doing sports
Anyone who participates in a sport or a game accepts the risk in advance of the injury. Others do not take responsibility immediately. The situation will be different if the injury is really a result of a behavior that does not belong to sport or game. We can investigate whether or not others will be held responsible in such cases.
Injury to a damaged building or a road, pavement, bicycle path, etc.
You can be hurt by a roof tile drop, a pit on the road, a pavement looser, a bicycle ridge wrapped around your tree, and so on. The owner (private or public) may not have any guilt, but they may still be responsible. We may be able to assist you in your liability and compensation claims.
Injury by animals
In principle, animal owners are responsible for damages caused by animals. There may be an injury caused by behaviors such as bite or kick. We may be able to help you meet all of your losses from such behavior.
